in the ReadMe file that is installed with the software.
The most recent service release (build) contains all previous

Modifications
- Addressed an issue with the
Transfer Project utility when the "map" required
Effects in the original project to be transferred as

- Addressed an issue with the
AIAG import template when both a Prevention and a
Detection Control were defined for the same Cause.
These controls can now be imported from the same
row.
- Addressed an issue with
generating the Occurrence/Severity Matrix chart when
the data set contains a very large number of Causes.
- Addressed an issue with the
diagram utility (used for Process Flow Diagrams,
Cause and Effect Diagrams, etc.) when both Version 3
and Version 4 are installed on the same computer.
Build
3.5.3 Modifications
- Added the option
to display statistics for a selected portion of the
analysis, including the number of functions, the
number of tasks, etc. (Select System Hierarchy >
Attachments > View Statistics)

to send the Worksheet view to an Excel spreadsheet.
This provides additional flexibility for customizing
the report output since the columns will be
displayed in the order and size specified for the
Worksheet view. (Select Project > Send Worksheet to
Excel)
- Added the option
to include the Task records in the RCM Functional
Failure Analysis report.
- Improved the
usability of the worksheets in the Worksheet View,
Control Plan and DVP&R as follows:
- Start editing the
cell automatically when you begin typing or when you
double-click inside the cell.
- Store and
"remember" the settings when the user rearranges the
positions of the columns and/or re-sizes the
columns.
- Double-click the
right edge of a column header to automatically
re-size the column to fit the data.
- Added the option
to display the Priority Highlight colors in the
Worksheet views (in addition to the Hierarchical and
Filtered views).
- Addressed an issue
with the Copy Existing feature for Effects when User
Defined fields are enabled.
- Addressed an issue
with the Select Existing Person feature when the
Title field is used.
- Updated the
interface for the diagram utility (used for Process

Analysis utility when the user selects to Calculate
from Sub-Items and the Cause Probabilities are
defined with different units.
Build
3.5.2 Modifications

to use letters to
identify Failures and Causes in RCM reports.
For example, Function 1, Failure A, Effect 1, Cause
a.
- Added options to
the Functional Failure Analysis and Maintenance Task
Summary reports.
Added the option to select whether the calculated
optimum task interval will be stored in the Proposed
or Assigned Interval field.
- Addressed an issue

Task Packaging window when a comma is used to
identify the decimal.

Worksheet view. The option is also available for
Rating Scales Criteria.

to create a new Phrase Set automatically by
exporting the descriptions from an existing FMEA.

to copy/paste and move up/down rows of data within
the Control Plan/DVP&R.
